Paddling Information

It's tidal so best when the tide is coming up, as it drops far out. Also can be tough going when the breeze is coming in. Recommend going along the coast to Stranraer Harbour with a friend, then sending that friend to the Starfish shop for fish and chips whilst you enjoy the picnic area with the yaks. Then paddle back again. Could also do a relay, parking one near the launch and one at the harbour if you don't fancy the trip back.

Tide Information

Portpatrick (14.01 km) Level: 3.554m
