Description

Decent sized reservoir with safety boat coverage three days a week during the main season. They don't do solo paddlers without safety cover, it has to be buddy paddling (ie more than one person). It's a nice spot and close to Newcastle for those who live near there. 10 visitor passes a year

Jetty launch, pay in the club. Gets you Clubhouse access for the day for showers etc as well. 10 day passes allowed a year. Wouldn't bother with the membership for the price.

Very beginner friendly, but would suggest avoiding Sundays as they do race practice for the sailing boats then
